Welcome to the Web site of the 2008 Washington Newspaper Publishers Association Better Newspaper Contest.


This is where member newspapers will submit their entries and print entry forms to attach to the entry tearsheets, and where Louisiana Press Association will judge the News Division of the contest.


Password and other instructions were faxed to members April 25 and April 30 and attached to the eBulletin as a pdf on April 25 and May 2. For a copy of the pdf, please e-mail mwaldron@wnpa.com.


The Web site is hosted, once again, by SmallTownPapers, an affiliate member of WNPA.


The 2008 winners will be announced at the Washington Better Newspaper Contest Awards Dinner on Oct. 3, 2008, at the Red Lion Hotel-Yakima Center.
